Wisconsin Health Plans

The Medicare Advantage plans we offer are for people who qualify for both Medicaid and Medicare Parts A and B. Our plans give you more benefits and features than Original Medicare. And you still receive all of your Medicaid benefits.

COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, free, and widely available. Everyone ages 12 and older is recommended to get a COVID-19 vaccine to help protect themselves and others from COVID-19. And if you get your first dose of any COVID-19 vaccine from a vaccine provider located in Wisconsin beginning August 20 through September 19, you get $100!
