Medical Assistance recipients can call Pennsylvania Enrollment Services toll free at 1-800-440-3989 (TTY 1-800-618-4225) We can help you between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday in finding other options. This will NOT affect any of our CHIP or Medicare members.

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan will waive any copays for testing, screening and office visits to diagnose or treat COVID-19 for Pennsylvania Medicaid and CHIP members.
