If you have an emergency, go immediately to the closest Emergency Room (ER) at the nearest hospital, even if it is not in UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. If you need help getting to the ER fast, call 911. You do not need a referral from your PCP to use the ER.

It is important that you report your new address by calling the Family Support Division (FSD) Information Center at 1-855-373-4636, or visit our website at www.dss.mo.gov to access the FSD Program Enrollment System online, and the MO HealthNet Managed Care Enrollment Helpline at 1-800-348-6627.
Sometimes you will get a bill that should have been sent to us. If you get a bill you believe we should pay, call Member Service at 1-866-292-0359 for help. You may have to pay medical bills if you receive treatment from doctors who are not part of the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan network.
Call your Primary Care Physician (PCP) office. Your doctor’s name and phone number are shown on your Plan ID card. Give the office the following information:
