- You're a U.S. citizen or a legal resident who has lived in the U.S. for at least five consecutive years.
- You live in the plan's service area.

Individual & Family ACA Marketplace Plans
To be eligible you must live in the US, be a US citizen or national and cannot be incarcerated. However, if you qualify for Medicare or Medicaid - those options may be a better fit for you. And if you have insurance options through your employer, it's really up to you to decide between that coverage or the plans offered on the Exchange.
