 is a bilingual, multimedia program designed in partnership with Sesame Street to help support families who have children between the ages of 2 and 8 and are coping with uncertain or limited access to affordable and nutritious food.

 Keeping our families healthy is a top priority for UnitedHealthcare. UnitedHealthcare works with the State of Maryland to provide high-quality health care coverage to limited-income families, pregnant women, children and adults that are eligible for the program.

HealthChoice offers health care to most Medicaid recipients and enrollment is year-round. These recipients select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) to be their personal doctor and oversee their medical care.

Dental services for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members 21 years of age and older will be available starting January 1, 2018.

For more information about Medicaid or Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP), you can call Maryland Health Connection at 1-855-642-8572, TTY 1-855-642-8573 or visit the website at, or call your local health department or local department of social services. If you or your family members are uninsured and not currently enrolled in the Maryland HealthChoice program, you may be eligible to apply.


This plan is available in the following counties:

Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's and St. Mary's.
