There may be times when your child's health requires repeated doctor visits. Our plan does not limit the number of times your child can see a network provider. This way your child gets care when it's needed. And your doctor can see how your child's health is progressing.
Members get vision exams and eyewear. Coverage includes $100 each year toward frames or contact lenses from a network vision care provider.
