The Florida Medicaid Plans offer a range of benefits along with extras that you may find useful. 

Our Medicaid (MMA) plan covers children, families, pregnant women and single adults who may qualify based on income. UnitedHealthcare Health & Home Connection is a coordinated care management program for community-based elderly who are at risk of nursing home placement.

Our M*Plus (MMA) plan is for pregnant women, children and adults who meet income requirements. You can choose your own doctor, and you get extras that other Florida Medicaid plans don’t offer.
