UnitedHealthcare Community Plan is honored to have served Florida’s children in the Florida Healthy Kids program for many years. Beginning January 1, 2020, we will no longer be participating in this program and are working with Florida Healthy Kids to smoothly transition children to the healthplans participating in this program in your local area. To choose a different plan for 2020, you can call Florida Healthy Kids at 1-888-540-KIDS (5437) between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Florida Healthy Kids
We offer coverage to children who are part of the Florida Healthy Kids program. Our health plan covers children in the following counties:

Florida Healthy Kids Coverage Renewal
Once a year every family must renew their child's coverage. About two months before your child's renewal date, you will receive a letter from Healthy Kids that includes a form with most of your current information already filled out.
It is very important that you respond to this renewal letter and if you have any questions, please contact Florida Healthy Kids toll-free Member Service department at 1-800-821-5437 (Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) for assistance.
