Looking for low-cost or no-cost health insurance? We offer Medicaid plans. We also offer dual health plans for people with both Medicaid and Medicare.

  • For UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members, there is no out of pocket expense including, cost sharing, copays deductibles or coinsurance for necessary screening and testing for COVID- 19. 
  • Members are not liable for Balance Bills from Providers including Balance Bills related to testing of COVID-19.
  • There is no authorization required for medically necessary emergency care by an in network or out-of-network provider. 
  • There is no authorization required for medically necessary screening and testing related to COVID-19. 
  • If your provider offers telehealth or email communication, we encourage you to use that resource. You may also contact UHC NurseLine at any time with questions or for advice.

This is a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan. With an HMO plan, you must use network providers to get your medical care and services.
