Avoid getting or spreading the flu virus with these tips:

  • Get a flu shot. It's the best way to prevent the flu.
  • Get good nutrition, exercise and rest.
  • Stay home when you are sick until you are fever-free for 24 hours.
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow. Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

As an eligible member, you get a Service Coordinator who makes sure you get the services you need to stay in your home.

These services can include rides to doctor appointments, housecleaning, grocery shopping, health-related home improvements and more.

  • Avoid clutter on stairs or walkways.
  • Remove throw rugs or secure with tape.
  • Put nonslip mats on bathtubs and shower floors.
  • Have someone install handrails along staircases and in bathrooms.
