UnitedHealthcare Senior Care Options (HMO SNP)

UnitedHealthcare Senior Care Options offers Medicare and Medicaid health care services to MassHealth (Medicaid) Standard members, aged 65 or older, who have chosen to participate in the program. The program is available in selected counties.

This plan is available in the following counties: Bristol, Essex, Hampden, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester.
