The Division of Medicaid & Medical Assistance (DMMA) is making some exciting changes to their Medicaid program.

Under Diamond State Health Plan Plus, you will receive your current Medicaid-covered services through a Managed Care Organization. This change, effective April 1, 2012, is now giving you more choices and a greater voice in your care.
