We offer a product known as APIPA to cover beneficiaries of two groups: Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Arizona Children's Health Insurance Program, known as KidsCare. Arizona Physicians IPA Children's Rehabilitative Services (Arizona Physicians IPA CRS) is the statewide contractor for AHCCCS to provide the CRS product. CRS provides medical care and support services to children and youth who have certain chronic or disabling conditions. UnitedHealthcare Arizona Physicians IPA CRS members have access to a statewide network of providers. Members receive care through four multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinics (MSIC’s) located in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and Yuma. Members can also receive services in physicians offices or field and/or virtual clinics. Pharmacies, therapies, labs and diagnostic services are available to members in clinics or close to their own communities.

Arizona Physicians IPA Developmentally Disabled serves developmentally disabled Arizona residents with a diagnosis of autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy or cognitive disability. This is a Medicare Advantage plan for people on Medicaid who also qualify for Medicare – commonly known as "dual eligible." It's intended for people who live in a community setting, receive financial help (such as SSI) from their State Medicaid program and have Medicare. This plan includes all Medicare Part A (Hospital) & B (Doctor) benefits and Part D prescription drug coverage. It also provides benefits not offered by Original Medicare.

This plan is available in the following counties: Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai and Yuma.

Evercare Select®

Medicaid - LTC

Evercare provides a state-specific health plan for certain Medicaid recipients who live in the state of Arizona called Evercare Select. Evercare Select is a long-term-care health plan for elderly, physically disabled and chronically ill people.

Effective October 1, 2011 Evercare Select will also be available in LaPaz, Pima, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma Counties.

Arizona Physicians IPA offers coverage under current AHCCCS guidelines to Arizona residents under the age of 18 who qualify under household income and other guidelines.
