As a parent or caregiver, nothing is more important than the health of your children. CHIP provides a dedicated team of doctors, clinics and hospitals committed to giving children 19 years old and younger the care and attention they need.
CHIP has over 4,000 doctors and 40 hospitals available for your child that are close to your home. And, at $50 or less per year for all of your household's qualifying children, it’s care that's accessible by all.
This plan is available in the following counties: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Orange, Polk, San Jacinto, Tyler, Walker, Waller and Wharton.
