UnitedHealthcare Rhody Health Partners

UnitedHealthcare offers coverage to beneficiaries of Rhode Island's Rhody Health Partners programs throughout the state. Eligibility for enrollment in Rhody Health Partners is determined by the Department of Human Services (DHS).

To be eligible for Rhody Health Partners, you must be eligible for RI Medical Assistance and be:

21 years or older
a Rhode Island resident
not eligible for Medicare or other health insurance and
live in the community (at home, in assisted living, or a group home)
