UnitedHealthcare offers this thoughtful, high-quality and comprehensive health plan to people who are eligible for Family Health Plus. Under the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan for Adults, your primary care doctor provides the majority of your care. If you need to have a test, see a specialist, or go into the hospital, the primary care doctor arranges it. They’re available to you everyday, day and night. And, if you need to speak to him or her after hours or weekends, leave a message and how you can be reached – they’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
