Kids deserve great health care from a doctor they can get to know. With this plan, a primary care doctor personally sees to the child's health needs. To be eligible for this program, children must be under the age of 19, be residents of New York State and meet family income standards.

Your child's primary care doctor provides the majority of their care. If they need to have a test, see a specialist, or go into the hospital, the primary care doctor arranges it. They're available to you everyday, day and night. And, if you need to speak to him or her after hours or weekends, leave a message and how you can be reached – they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
