UnitedHealthcare Community Plan for Families (Medicaid) offers comprehensive health coverage, including prevention, primary care, hospitalization, prescriptions and other services – often with little or no cost. This program is available to people who are in receipt of FFS Medicaid. If you don’t currently have FFS Medicaid but think you may be eligible call us. single adults, couples without children, and parents who are residents of New York State and are United States citizens or fall under one of many immigration categories.

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan for Families provides members with comprehensive coverage, including prevention, primary care, hospitalization, prescriptions and other services – often provided at little or no cost.
