
CoLTS
Coordination of Long-Term Services (CoLTS) is a Medicaid managed care program from the New Mexico Human Services Department and the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department. Managed health care means the state hires a company to help you manage your care. Services are funded pursuant to an Agreement with the State of New Mexico.
What Is CoLTS?
The CoLTS plan is a managed care program option that may be available to you. At UnitedHealthcare, we help make it easier for you to get the care you deserve.
