Keeping our families healthy is a top priority for UnitedHealthcare. UnitedHealthcare works with the State of Maryland to provide high-quality health care coverage to limited-income families, pregnant women and children that are eligible for the program.

HealthChoice offers health care to most Medicaid recipients. These recipients select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) to be their personal doctor and oversee their medical care.

For more information about Medicaid or Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP), call your local health department or local department of social services. If you or your family members are uninsured and not currently enrolled in the Maryland HealthChoice program, you may be eligible to apply.
