University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics – Iowa City, Iowa
University of Iowa hospital and physicians are participating providers with UnitedHealthcare hawk-i. Services are available using your in-network benefits with the exception of mental health and dental services. Call the mental health number on the back of your child’s ID card. For routine dental services please call your dental service carrier, Delta Dental.
Hearing Aid Providers
