Pharmacy Vaccinations
Delaware members over 18 can now visit select major pharmacies and retail locations for important vaccines, including flu shots. It’s at no cost to you and there’s no appointment needed. Just show your UnitedHealthcare Community Plan ID card. Participating pharmacies and locations include all Walgreens, Rite Aid and Target stores, and Mollen Immunization Clinics (within Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club stores) in Delaware. Contact your local pharmacy — age restrictions may apply.

At-Home Blood Tests
If you need a blood test but it’s difficult or inconvenient for you to go to a lab, there is now a new option. You can have your blood drawn at home. You can get any kind of blood test you need. Your children can get needed lead screening. People with diabetes can get important HbA1C and LDL tests.  To get your blood drawn at home, ask your doctor to fax an order to Tender Care Phlebotomy. They will call you to schedule a time. The results will be sent to your doctor.  For more information, call 877-542-9248.
