Step 1	Call Economic Security Administration (EVS) to apply for Medicaid at 1-202-727-5355. TTY# 711 for hearing impaired.
Step 2	Fill out application. If approved, contact the Enrollment Line at 1-202-639-4030 for help in choosing a health plan.
