Arizona Physicians IPA Children's Rehabilitative Services
Welcome to Arizona Physicians IPA Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS). The CRS program has been serving children with special health care needs since 1929. CRS provides medical care and support services to children and youth who have certain chronic or disabling conditions.
CRS Recipients have access to a statewide network of providers in a number of settings. Recipients can get care and services in a clinic or in a clinic-like setting such as a field clinic or a virtual clinic. In a field clinic, a specialist travels to a remote area of the state to provide services. In a virtual clinic, doctors use telemedicine to provide care by video to rural areas. Pharmacies, labs and diagnostic services are available to recipients in clinics or close to their own communities.
Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona's Medicaid program, oversees the CRS Program. AHCCCS has contracted with Arizona Physicians IPA Children's Rehabilitative Services (Arizona Physicians IPA-CRS) to administer the CRS program. Arizona Physicians IPA-CRS is committed to giving you the best care possible. UnitedHealthcare Arizona Physicians IPA has been providing excellent service for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) since 1982. Arizona Physicians IPA will bring that same commitment to quality to the CRS Program.
"The mission of CRS is to improve the quality of life for children and youth by providing family-centered medical treatment, rehabilitation, and related support services to enrolled individuals who have certain medical, handicapping, or potentially handicapping conditions."
