Enrollment is limited. UnitedHealthcare will not charge you for text messages. Standard message and data rates from your service provider may apply. A parent’s or guardian’s own enrollment will automatically trigger enrollment of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan minors in the household into an age-appropriate program. A parent’s or guardian’s enrollment on behalf of a minor will also automatically trigger enrollment of such parent or guardian into the appropriate program. For help text HELP to 300400.
