Trouble signs may include difficulty sleeping, anxiety, weight loss and difficulty concentrating.

We can connect you to doctors who can help your child get better.

Covered services include evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.

As a member, you can call and talk to a skilled nurse anytime, day or night. Call our NurseLine with questions about:

  • Your child’s symptoms.
  • How to care for your sick child.
  • What to do if your child is hurt.
  • If you should take your child to the doctor, urgent care or the emergency room.

Encourage healthy living.

Here are some tips:

  • Eat meals together. Serve fruits, vegetables, whole grain products, lean meats. Limit sodas and drink more water.
  • Stay current with your child’s immunization schedule and schedule your child for a yearly check-up.
  • Help children stay active. Limit TV time and give them at least one hour of physical activity a day.
