As an eligible member, you get a Personal Care Manager who makes sure you get the services you need to stay in your home.
These services can include rides to doctor appointments, housecleaning, grocery shopping, health-related home improvements and more.

- Avoid clutter on stairs or walkways.
- Remove throw rugs or secure with tape.
- Put nonslip mats on bathtubs and shower floors.
- Have someone install handrails along staircases and in bathrooms.

Avoid getting or spreading the flu virus with these tips:
- Get a flu shot. It's the best way to prevent the flu.
- Get good nutrition, exercise and rest.
- Stay home when you are sick until you are fever-free for 24 hours.
- Wash your hands often.
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow. Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
