If your organization serves children, you'll want to know about UnitedHealth HEROES grant program.

HEROES awards microgrants for projects that children develop for their peers to combat obesity in schools and neighborhoods.

We've awarded close to 300 HEROES grants so far.

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan and Sesame Workshop have teamed up to develop Food for Thought, a bilingual (English and Spanish) initiative that helps families make food choices that are affordable, nutritional and set the foundation for lifelong healthy habits.

The materials offer tips and strategies that are easy to implement.

Our Community Services Connect™ program helps people in need find housing, food resources, job placement services, clothing, financial assistance, transportation and more.

We use mobile technology and wireless printers, so we can easily set up almost anywhere that's convenient for you and the people you serve.
